Questions about plans
Who counts toward the seats?
Active members plus invitations that have not been accepted yet. AI connections do not count, and each person can connect more than one AI app.
What happens at the limit?
New invitations wait until a seat is free or you move to a larger plan. When the month's documents are used up, new documents can be made again next month. Nothing you already have is deleted.
Is AI usage charged separately?
No. CoNode does not charge per AI request. Each person uses their own AI app and its subscription; CoNode does not provide or bill for the AI itself.
How do we move to a paid plan?
Email support@conode.net with your workspace name and the plan you want. The same goes for more than 100 people or SSO.
Is it really free?
Yes, for up to 5 people including pending invitations. Larger teams choose a Team or Business plan.
