Set up in five minutes. Then just talk.
You don't design forms or learn a new tool. Tell your AI what you keep track of, and your whole team works from the same table, each person through their own AI and within their own permissions.
1. Get started
- Sign up with your work email. You can also continue with Google or GitHub. Confirm the email we send you.
- Create your company workspace and a space per team For example Logistics, Admin, Production.
- Invite teammates as viewer, editor or manager of each space. Up to 5 people are free.
2. Connect your AI
Every AI app uses the same server address. The first time it connects, a CoNode window opens: sign in, pick the spaces and whether the AI may read, write or delete. You can change or remove this any time under My AI connections.
https://mcp.conode.net/mcp
| AI app | How to add |
|---|---|
| Claude Code | claude mcp add --transport http conode https://mcp.conode.net/mcp |
| Claude (web · desktop) | Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address |
| ChatGPT | Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create → paste the address, choose OAuth |
| Gemini CLI | gemini mcp add --transport http conode https://mcp.conode.net/mcp then run /mcp auth conode inside Gemini to sign in. |
| Gemini (web) | Settings → Connected apps → Custom apps → add the address (where available for your account) |
| Grok | grok.com → Connectors → New connector → Custom → paste the address, then sign in |
3. Talk to your data
Say it the way you'd say it to a colleague. The AI reads the table's fields first, so it uses the right names and formats, and asks you when something is missing.
| You want to | Just say |
|---|---|
| Make a new table | "Make a client list: company, contact, contract amount, stage (lead/contracted/done)." |
| Add a record | "Add ABC Corp, contact Kim, 5 million won, stage lead." |
| Find | "Which clients are over 10 million and still in lead?" |
| Change | "Move ABC Corp to contracted." |
| Add or subtract counts | "30 units of SKU-881 shipped." |
| See what changed | "What changed in Logistics since yesterday?" |
Example: inventory shared across the company
Example: office equipment ledger
Example: production tracking
The same works for anything you keep in a table: sales leads, project schedules, equipment checks, customer requests.
Who can do what
| Viewer | Editor | Space manager | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Look up records | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Add, change, adjust counts | ✕ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Create tables and fields (also by talking) | ✕ | ✕ | ✓ |
| Invite people to the space | ✕ | ✕ | ✓ |
An AI always works as its person and can be limited further: you might let Claude write but keep ChatGPT read-only. Admins can also cap what any AI may do in the workspace.
Checking on the web
- Tables show a "made by" and "last changed by" column, with people in blue and AI agents in violet, plus cards to filter by each AI.
- Record details keep every version: who, from which AI, what changed.
- My AI connections lists each AI you connected, what it did and what was refused. Change its access or disconnect it in one click.
- Yellow cells can be edited right in the table, then saved together.
FAQ
Do I need to know which "type" each field is?
No. Describe the field the way you'd explain it ("stock, can't be negative"), and the AI picks the type and rules. You'll see the list before anything is created.
Can my teammates use a different AI than me?
Yes, that's the point. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok all read and write the same tables.
What if two people change the same thing?
Nothing is silently overwritten. The second change is asked to re-check the latest value. Counts like stock are added up safely, so simultaneous receipts all count.
Does CoNode see my AI conversations?
No. CoNode only receives the requests your AI makes to read or change your tables, and records them in the history.
Is it really free?
Yes, for up to 5 people including pending invitations. Larger teams choose a Team or Business plan.
