11 field types
Text, long text, number, decimal, yes/no, date, date and time, choice, multiple choice, team member and file.
Most of this works both on the web and through each person's AI app. Either way, every action stays within that person's permissions.
Describe what you keep track of. A space manager's AI proposes the fields and creates the table once you agree, or you build it on the web.
Text, long text, number, decimal, yes/no, date, date and time, choice, multiple choice, team member and file.
Required, unique, minimum and maximum, length and choice lists are checked on every save, from the web or from any AI. A wrong value is refused with the reason, so the AI asks you instead of guessing.
Change yellow cells in place and save them together. Filter by who made each record, a person or a specific AI, and see who changed it last.
Stock-style numbers are adjusted by +10 or −3 instead of being overwritten. When several people receive goods at the same moment every adjustment counts, and a minimum such as 0 still holds.
Add up to 200 rows at once through your AI. Every row is checked first; if one is wrong, nothing is saved and you see which one.
Each record has a version. If someone changed it after you read it, your change is stopped and you see the latest values first.
Quotations, transaction statements and bills are filled in from published templates, by a person on the web or by their AI.
Transaction statement, quotation, bill, tax invoice, employment and career certificates, payslip and shipping label. A space manager adjusts the layout and publishes it.
Your company details go into the supplier box. Numbers such as QT-2026-0001 are given in order and start from 1 each year, and totals are calculated.
Changing a price keeps the number and raises the revision. Every earlier revision stays viewable.
Turn a quotation into a transaction statement in one step. The customer and items carry over.
Print, or save as PDF, Excel or Word. HWPX is also available when the app is in Korean.
AI agents only fill in published templates. If none fits, the AI says so, and a space manager can add one on the web.
Add a file field for receipts, photos or signed contracts. Up to 20 MB per file from the web and 5 MB from an AI.
A file opens only for people who can read its table. An AI gets a download link that works for 10 minutes.
The file's columns are matched to fields and you see a preview. Every row is checked before anything is saved.
Save a whole table to Excel or CSV whenever you want. Your data is never locked in.
Workspace admins see all files in one place, with the table, who uploaded each one and when.
Editors and managers leave comments on a record from the web or their AI and choose who to notify. Viewers can read comments. Only people who can see the record get the email.
When a number drops to a level you set, or a date such as expiry comes within a number of days, the people you choose get an email at 8:00 in the morning. A record is mailed once, and again only after it has gone back to normal.
Find records and documents you can see with a single word. ChatGPT deep research uses the same search and links each source.
Every change in the workspace in one list: who made it, from the web or from which AI, and what changed.
Logistics, Admin, Production: each space has its own members and roles. Archive a space or table you no longer use; its records and history are kept.
The web app and this site work in 14 languages, including English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
Someone who can edit a table makes a link with the Task link button on that table and sends it. Whoever opens it does that one job without signing in.
Stock in / out adds to or subtracts from a number field: in only, out only, or both. Add rows fills in only the fields you choose, for things like production output or a work log.
The person opens app.conode.net/l/ followed by a short code, types their name, finds the item, enters the quantity and taps Submit. No sign-up and no sign-in.
A link does one job on one table. While picking an item the person sees only the fields you chose, up to six. Other fields and other tables stay hidden.
Choose anything from 1 hour to 30 days, and limit the number of uses if you want. Revoke a link at any time. It also stops on its own if the person who made it no longer has permission.
Field rules are checked as on the web: if stock has a minimum of 0, a link cannot take it below 0. An add-rows link must include every required field, and team member and file fields cannot be filled in through a link.
Record history shows the change as made by a task link, and the activity log keeps the name and memo the person entered. Every link in the workspace is under Task links in the side menu. Links are made on the web only, not by an AI connection.
Record details show each version: who changed it, from the web or from which AI, and what the values were.
Put a record back to any earlier version. The revert is saved as a new version, so the history keeps both.
Deleted records wait in the trash with their history until an editor or manager restores them.
Pick a starter when you create a space and its tables and fields are made for you. Rename or add anything afterwards.
| Starter | Tables created |
|---|---|
| Retail and distribution | Product stock, partners, stock movements |
| Manufacturing | Work orders, materials, equipment checks |
| Office and admin | Equipment, contracts and renewals, purchase requests |
| Sales and customers | Customers, conversations, quotes and deals |
Invite four teammates for free and connect whichever AI each of them uses.
