Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms apply to CoNode, operated by Second Korea Inc. (주식회사 세컨드코리아). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

• CoNode lets a company keep shared tables that its members use on the web and through their own AI agents over MCP, with permissions and change history.

Accounts and workspaces

• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account, including activity by AI agents you connect.
• The workspace owner controls its members, roles, AI policy and plan.

Your content

• You and your company own the content you store. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use CoNode to break the law, store content you have no right to, attack or overload the service, or try to access data you are not permitted to see.

AI agents

• AI agents act on your instructions and can make mistakes. Review important changes; the change history lets you see and restore earlier values.

Plans and fees

• The Free plan is free for up to 5 people. Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page, excluding tax. Pending invitations count toward seats.

Availability and changes

• We work to keep CoNode available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

Ending use

• You can stop using CoNode at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability and law

• To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
